The Lindy Planes were removed in 1946 to make way for the Rocket.
This was the second Tilt-A-Whirl constructed on the same site as the first.
The skooters were originally named the Dodge-em Cars.
The rides at Fontaine Ferry Park included:
Caterpillar (With a striped canvas top.)
Comet (The Comet featured a 90 ft. drop and 3800 feet of track.)
Dodge-em Cars (The original name of the Skooters.)
Ferris Wheel (There were two Ferris Wheels through the years.)
Ghost Train (The entrance to the Ghost Train was constructed from the old Racing Derby entrance. It was also known as Jungle Land.)
House of Mystery
Lindy Planes (Replaced with the Rocket in 1946.)
Racing Debry (The Racing Derby was one of the first coasters to feature parallel tracks. In later years, its entrance was used for the Ghost Train.)
Scenic Railway (The former site of the Scenic Railway was used for the Fontaine Ferry swimming pool in 1915.)
Tilt-A-Whirl (There were two Tilt-A-Whirls through the years.)
Velvet Racer (When the Velvet Racer was constructed to replace the Racing Derby, it too featured parallel tracks. The Velvet Racer suffered serious damage only one year later by the 1937 flood. It was rebuilt, only to suffer a similar fate in 1939.)
Ye Olde Mill (Also know as the Tunnel of Love)
